In order to maintain a high production value and to provide excellent opportunities for Prince William County community members, Castaways requires actors to pay a production fee for each show for which they are cast. This production fee covers the cost of sets, select costuming, props, and make-up as necessary. Additional discretionary and optional fees may be charged to cast and crew for optional items or events such as cast t-shirts, strike party, or production gifts.

This membership is specific to those who desire to be part of a production's cast or crew, or participate in Castaways organizational events for a single production. Membership is required by Prince William County for insurance reasons in order to use their facilities. This is an active membership and allows full member rights for the time period of the single production for which they have joined. This also includes one member admission ticket good for one entry to that specific production.
